Hexaware Technologies Limited completes 100% acquisition of Cybersolve, Identity and Access Solutions and IT Gliterz entities

Khaitan & Co advised Hexaware Technologies Limited, a listed Indian entity, and its affiliate in relation to their 100% acquisition of Cybersolve (I) India Private Limited, Identity and Access Solutions LLC, IT Gliterz LLC and Identity and Access Solutions Canada, Inc. from IAAS Holdings LLC, IT Gliterz Holdings LLC, Anushree Agarwal and Neha Agarwal. The transaction involved the acquisition of 100% of the equity interests in the target entities for a total consideration of USD 66 million. The acquired businesses include Cybersolve (I) India Private Limited and several identity and access management businesses organized in the United States and Canada, marketed under the names Identity and Access Solutions and IT Gliterz.
