Kirkland & Ellis advised WindRose Health Investors, LLC on the formation of WindRose Health Investors VII, L.P. The fund closed with $2.6 billion in limited partner and general partner commitments, having reached its hard cap and substantially exceeding the size of its predecessor, Fund VI, which closed at $1.4 billion. Fund VII expects to close on its first two acquisitions by year-end 2025 and is targeting a total of 11–13 investments.
