Wallace advised Bearded Kitten on its sale to Havas. The transaction will see Bearded Kitten become branded as Bearded Kitten, Part of Havas Play. Bearded Kitten is a global creative experience agency that combines audience insight and culture to create experiences that support strategic brand-building campaigns; its clients include Netflix, Unilever, Intuit, L’Oréal, Twitch and Beavertown. Havas is one of the world’s largest global communications organisations, operating in over 100 countries and supporting brands, businesses and people across the marketing and communications sector. The sale of the multi-award-winning experiential agency marks a further step in Bearded Kitten’s growth and, according to Wallace, will enable the business to scale its offering under the Havas Play umbrella. John Woodhouse, Joint Managing Partner at Wallace, said the firm had advised Bearded Kitten on all aspects of their business for a decade and welcomed the opportunity for the agency’s founders and team to expand their unique offering. Barney Sutton, CEO & Founder of Bearded Kitten, described Wallace as integral to the acquisition and praised the firm’s support throughout the process.
