Knights advises on sale of cyber security consultancy Aristi to Limerston Capital

Knights advised seller Aristi on its sale to Limerston Capital, and BSN Associates provided corporate finance advice on the transaction. The transaction sees leading Birmingham-based cyber security consultancy Aristi acquired by Limerston Capital. Founded in 2008 by current Chief Executive Officer Harj Singh, Aristi is established as a provider of penetration testing and cyber security consultancy services across the UK. The acquisition, for an undisclosed price, is intended to accelerate Aristi’s growth and support its ambition to expand accredited, high-quality cyber security services. Aristi will join Limerston’s cyber security platform and integrate with the existing group of UK cyber services businesses, including Xypher, CyberCrowd, DigitalXRAID and IntaForensics. The combination strengthens the group’s portfolio across managed cyber security, digital forensics, case management, e-Discovery, incident response, security consultancy, operational technology security and penetration testing, providing enhanced end-to-end capabilities for customers.
