Clifford Chance advised Ceska Sporitelna in relation to the financing of the Hagibor Kappa development, which is being undertaken by Crestyl. The financing concerns Hagibor Kappa, the fifth residential building within the broader Hagibor project. The building is scheduled for completion at the end of 2027 and is expected to include more than 250 residential units alongside ground-floor retail. Crestyl is involved in multiple residential, retail and commercial developments across the country. Clifford Chance did not provide additional information on the matter.
