Nyerges & Partners advised Cristian Barbu and Future Power in the transaction, while Dentons reportedly advised OX2. The transaction concerns the sale of a 235‑megawatt portfolio of wind projects to OX2. The portfolio comprises three projects located in Vaslui and Vrancea counties and is scheduled for commissioning between 2028 and 2030. The acquisition forms part of OX2’s continued expansion in Romania’s renewable energy market.
