Deloitte Legal (and reportedly Huempfner & Associates) advised Shopper Park Plus. Up to 9.3 million shares were placed at EUR 10.8 per share to fund acquisitions mainly in Poland."

Schoenherr, working with White & Case, advised sole global coordinator and bookrunner Erste Group Bank and joint bookrunners Concorde Ertekpapir and WOOD & Company, while Deloitte Legal, together with Huempfner & Associates, advised Shopper Park Plus. The transaction was a secondary public offering of Budapest Stock Exchange-listed Shopper Park Plus, a Hungarian real estate company focused on the ownership and leasing of retail parks.
