Pinheiro Neto advised Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Agrofarm Produtos Agroquímicos. The firm acted as deal counsel on Eco Securitizadora's 408th issuance of CRA. The offering comprised three series: 13,500 CRA were allocated to the Junior Subordinated series, 6,750 CRA to the Mezzanine Subordinated series, and 24,750 CRA to the Senior series, totaling 45,000 CRA with an aggregate value of BRL 45 million.
