Demarest Advises ESPM on Acquisition of Panamericana's Educational Operations

Demarest represented Associacao Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in connection with a transaction to acquire the educational operations of Escola Panamericana de Arte. The firm advised on the execution of a binding agreement pursuant to which ESPM will acquire the educational activities of Escola Panamericana de Arte. Upon completion of the transaction, the acquired operations will be renamed ESPM/Panamericana. The closing of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of customary conditions precedent for this type of deal.
