Main Capital Partners, headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands, has acquired a majority stake in Polypoint, a Swiss software solutions provider based in Bern-Gümligen. Polypoint supplies workforce management and resource-planning software tailored to the healthcare sector. Main Capital Partners invests in software companies across the Benelux, DACH, France, the Nordics and the United States. The acquisition of Polypoint expands its portfolio in healthcare-focused software solutions.
