CMS advises Vertiseit AB (publ) on acquisition of MuSe Content GmbH and StokedAI

CMS advised long-term client Vertiseit AB (publ) on the cross-border acquisition of MuSe Content GmbH and its generative AI platform StokedAI. The Swedish listed company Vertiseit AB (publ), through its subsidiary Visual Art International Holding AB, has acquired all shares in MuSe Content GmbH and its StokedAI platform. MuSe is a pioneer in AI-supported digital in-store audio messaging and in-store music. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Vertiseit's in-store experience management (IXM) platform, add a strategic in-store audio component to its product range and open up additional sales potential. Vertiseit, headquartered in Varberg, Sweden, develops and operates digital in-store experience solutions for the retail sector and other industries.
