Clifford Chance Advises on PLN 100 Million Green Bond Issue by Mosty Magazyny Energii sp. z o.o.

Clifford Chance advised Ipopema Securities S.A., acting as arranger and dealer, in connection with the issue of green bonds by Mosty Magazyny Energii sp. z o.o. The transaction involved the issuance of green bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 100 million. The bonds were issued by Mosty Magazyny Energii sp. z o.o., a company belonging to the Mosty sp. z o.o. group. The proceeds are intended principally to finance the construction of a battery energy storage system (BESS).
