International law firm Bird & Bird advised Natural Power on its acquisition of Munich-based renerco plan consult GmbH from BayWa r.e. AG. The transaction represents a significant milestone in Natural Power's European growth strategy and strengthens its presence in Germany's renewable energy market. It establishes a strong operational base in Germany — Europe's largest renewable energy market — through renerco's strategically located Munich office. The deal enhances Natural Power's ability to deliver end-to-end consultancy services across the DACH region and beyond, supporting the clean energy transition throughout continental Europe.
