CMS INDUSLAW advised Agnikul Cosmos Private Limited in connection with a $17 million pre-Series C fundraise from a group of investors including Artha, HDFC Bank, Pratithi Investments, Advenza Global Limited and Atharva Green Ecotech LLP. The transaction raised $17 million to support Agnikul Cosmos’s next phase of growth. The funding round was provided by the investor group listed above. Agnikul plans to utilise the capital infusion to accelerate launch vehicle production and launch services in response to growing customer demand, advance key infrastructural initiatives including the expansion of its state‑of‑the‑art R&D campus, and continue the development of reusable rocket technologies that underpin its next phase of growth.
