REIUS advised Catella Investment Management on the acquisition of a residential complex in Fürstenfeldbruck on behalf of the open-ended real estate public AIF Catella European Residential (CER). Heuking provided tax advice to Catella in connection with the transaction. The transaction concerns a residential complex comprising three multi-family buildings dating from 1960. In addition to the existing buildings, a four-storey new building is being constructed on the site, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
