Norton Rose Fulbright advised Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (Crédit Agricole CIB) in structuring a financing solution in partnership with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) and its supply chain. The transaction implements a structured financing facility designed to support JLR’s production restart in October 2025 following a cyber incident in Q3. As JLR returns to full production, the arrangement accelerates payments to qualifying suppliers by providing prepayment at the point of order rather than after invoice, delivering liquidity when it is most needed while preserving JLR’s standard payment terms. The facility aims to enhance working capital efficiency across the supplier base, strengthen supplier liquidity and build a more resilient supply chain. It also reflects Crédit Agricole CIB’s focus on scalable, sustainable trade finance solutions to support long-term client and stakeholder growth.
