Setterwalls advised Swedish Logistic Property AB (SLP) in connection with a directed new class B share issue of SEK 800 million. The transaction comprised a directed issue of new class B shares through which SLP received SEK 800 million before issue costs. A number of Swedish and international institutional investors participated in the placement, among them Clearance Capital Limited, Cohen & Steers, Danske Invest Småbolag, the Fourth AP Fund, SEB Asset Management and Thames River Capital LLP (part of Columbia Threadneedle Investments).
