Cirio Advises Tata AutoComp Systems on Acquisition of IAC Sweden

The transaction strengthens Tata AutoComp’s European presence and OEM partnerships. Artifex specialises in premium interior and exterior systems, with approximately USD 800 million turnover and 1,850 employees across Gothenburg, Färgelanda and Skara; workforce and employee commitments remain unchanged."

Cirio represented Tata AutoComp Group (Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd) in the acquisition of IAC Sweden, which will operate under the new name Artifex Systems AB. Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd has successfully completed the acquisition of IAC Sweden. The strategic milestone strengthens Tata AutoComp’s presence in Europe and enhances its partnerships with leading OEMs in the automotive industry. Artifex Systems AB specialises in premium interior and exterior systems and reports an annual turnover of approximately USD 800 million. The business employs around 1,850 people across Gothenburg, Färgelanda and Skara. Operations will continue as before, with an unchanged workforce and existing employee commitments.
