LegaLogic Advises FinFactor Technologies on USD 15 Million Series A Investment

LegaLogic acted as legal counsel to FinFactor Technologies and its promoters in connection with a USD 15 million Series A investment led by WestBridge Capital, with participation from existing investors Varanium Capital, DMI Sparkle Fund and IIFL Fintech Fund. The transaction involved the issuance of equity in FinFactor as part of its Series A funding round. LegaLogic advised on the structuring, drafting, review, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents and on the closing of the deal. The firm served as the sole legal counsel to FinFactor and its promoters for the transaction. FinFactor Technologies Private Limited, founded in 2019 by Manoj Alandkar and Munish Bhatia, operates as a B2B fintech infrastructure provider. The company offers data aggregation, analytics and AI-based tools used across lending, insurance and wealth management. Its product suite includes a multi-AA gateway, bank-statement analysis, loan monitoring and collections tools.
