YPOG Advises Quantum Systems on EUR 180 Million Series C Extension, Valuation Tops EUR 3 Billion

YPOG advised Quantum Systems on its EUR 180 million extension of the Series C financing, which increased the company’s valuation to more than EUR 3 billion. The Munich-based developer of AI-powered drones raised an additional EUR 180 million as part of an extension to its Series C round. In total, Quantum Systems secured around EUR 340 million in growth capital in 2025. The transaction is reported to be the largest financing in the European dual-use technology sector. Quantum Systems develops both military and civilian drones and operates a software platform for unmanned systems called MOSAIC UXS. The new capital will be used to expand production capacities in Germany, the United States, Australia and Ukraine, and a portion will be allocated to the development of new drone models. YPOG had previously advised Quantum Systems in its EUR 63.6 million Series B financing and in other funding rounds and acquisition processes.
