The transaction comprised a sale and leaseback of 20 supermarket properties and one logistics facility across the UK, with an aggregate value in excess of £450 million. Eleven assets were sold to funds managed by Blue Owl Capital, while the remaining ten were sold to a joint venture between Blue Owl Capital and Supermarket Income REIT PLC (SUPR).
