Latham & Watkins LLP represented Ericsson in connection with its strategic partnership and minority investment in LotusFlare. Ericsson has entered into a strategic partnership with LotusFlare, a software development company that serves the telecommunications industry and enterprise customers. As part of the partnership, Ericsson acquired a minority stake in LotusFlare.
