DLA Piper Advises Cambium on Acquisition of Global Composites Manufacturer SHD Holdings Limited

DLA Piper advised Cambium on its acquisition of SHD Holdings Limited, with DLA Piper representing Cambium in the transaction. The acquisition combines Cambium’s materials development capabilities with SHD’s global manufacturing footprint to serve aerospace, defense, energy, high-performance automotive, motorsport, marine and other advanced industrial markets. SHD operates four sites: its headquarters in the United Kingdom, two facilities in the United States and one in Slovenia. The combined company is positioned as a global platform to support customers across the value chain, from AI-driven molecular design to full-scale, rapid manufacturing.
