The transaction concerns Metric Capital Partners' investment in Excellence Imagerie, a medical platform that consolidates the expertise of three Parisian medical imaging centres. The operation brings thirteen new radiologists into a group that already counted fifty‑three practitioners, and is designed to reinforce the radiologists' independence in the group's management, in the supervision of patient care and in strategic decision‑making. The strengthened governance will specifically affect decisions on equipment investments, recruitment and the adoption of new technologies, thereby supporting the group's clinical and operational development.
