Schoenherr advised the shareholders of EuShipments.com on the sale of a majority stake to Austrian Post, while Wolf Theiss advised Austrian Post. The transaction comprises the sale of a 70% stake in EuShipments.com to Austrian Post. Closing is expected in the first quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. Austrian Post will hold an option to acquire the remaining 30% within four years. The deal follows a year-long partnership between EuShipments.com and Austrian Post and effects BlackPeak Capital's exit from the business. EuShipments.com’s founders, Svetlozar Dimitrov and Lora Dimitrova, will retain a minority stake and will continue to support the group's growth strategy alongside Austrian Post. EuShipments.com is an integrated logistics and fulfilment provider. BlackPeak Capital is a private equity firm focused on growth equity in Central and Southeast Europe. Austrian Post is a postal, logistics and courier operator in Austria.
