Linklaters advised Imopólis, acting as management company and legal representative of the closed-ended real estate fund Imodesenvolvimento – Subfundo A, on the sale of Parque Holanda to the Property Core Real Estate Fund, an open-ended real estate investment fund managed and represented by Square Asset Management. The transaction comprised the sale of Parque Holanda, a logistics complex located in Carnaxide that combines warehouse and office space, to the Property Core Real Estate Fund.
