Dentons Advises AD Ports Group on AED 570 Million Sale of KEZAD Logistics Warehouses to Aldar

Dentons advised AD Ports Group on the sale of two logistics assets to Aldar Properties PJSC. The transaction involved the AED 570 million sale of two built-to-suit logistics warehouses located within Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD). The logistics assets are leased to occupiers Noon and Emtelle. Commenting on the deal and the broader market, Hazel Shakur-Quinn, partner and head of Middle East real estate at Dentons, said: "This transaction reflects the increasing depth and maturity of the UAE logistics real estate market.
