Everest launch by Vam Investments and the advising law firms

Transaction description Vam Investments, a private equity operator focused on buyouts and consolidation platforms, has closed the acquisition of five Italian companies active in the design, installation and operation of power generation and HVAC systems for corporate clients: Garolfi, Starter Energy, Guidi Impianti, Solarys and Omnia Energy 3. The combination of these businesses establishes the Everest group, a platform intended to become the national leader in services to enterprises for the energy transition. The financing for the transaction was arranged by a syndicate of banks, with Banco BPM, Crédit Agricole Italia, Intesa Sanpaolo, Banca Ifis, BPER Banca, Cherry Bank and Banca Sella acting as mandated lead arrangers, bookrunners and lenders and Crédit Agricole Italia serving as agent bank.
