Chiomenti Advises Dacke Industri on Acquisition of 70% of Hydronit

Chiomenti and BC& advised Dacke Industri in the transaction, while CFA – Corporate Finance Advisors acted as financial advisor to Dacke Industri. Dacke Industri, a Swedish long-term industrial investor affiliated with Nordstjernan, has acquired 70% of the share capital of Hydronit, an Italian company active in the market for modular hydraulic power units for mobile, industrial and marine applications. The operation strengthens Dacke Industri's presence in Europe and broadens its portfolio of solutions for power transmission, motion and control. Hydronit will become part of Dacke Industri's Fluid Power Technology division, contributing its technical expertise and supporting the group's strategic objectives. This is Dacke Industri's fourth acquisition in Italy; the investor focuses on innovative technology companies operating in selected niches with high development potential.
