Poste Italiane issues €750 million five-year bond with Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners and A&O Shearman

"Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners (CRCCD) advised Poste Italiane on the placement of a €750 million five-year senior unsecured bond (3% fixed coupon, maturity 3 Dec 2030) placed with institutional investors. A&O Shearman advised the joint bookrunners including Barclays, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, ING, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley, Société Générale and UniCredit."

Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners (CRCCD) advised Poste Italiane, while A&O Shearman advised the joint bookrunners, in connection with the placement of a €750 million bond. The transaction consisted of the placement of a senior unsecured fixed-rate bond with a nominal value of €750 million and a five-year maturity (3 December 2030), offered to institutional investors. The bond carries a fixed annual coupon of 3% and was issued under Poste Italiane’s €2.5 billion Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) programme. The notes were admitted to listing on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and on the MOT market of Borsa Italiana. A&O Shearman acted for the joint bookrunners, which were Barclays, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, ING, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley, Société Générale and UniCredit.
