Birketts advises Buchanan family on sale of majority stake in Gressingham to LDC International SAS

The transaction sees the sale of a majority stake in Green Label Holdings Ltd, the company behind the Gressingham brand, to LDC International SAS. The deal forms a strategic partnership between LDC and the Buchanan family intended to strengthen LDC’s presence in the UK poultry market. Green Label Holdings Ltd, headquartered in East Anglia, is a UK producer and supplier of duck, turkey and poultry specialties. The partnership supports LDC’s international growth strategy, complements its Welsh subsidiary and European imports, and enables a broader offering to UK customers.
