Khaitan & Co, Trilegal and Hogan Lovells advise on Milestone Gears ₹1,100 crore proposed IPO

Khaitan & Co, Trilegal and Hogan Lovells acted on the proposed Milestone Gears IPO: Khaitan & Co advised Milestone Gears, Trilegal advised the book-running lead managers JM Financial, Axis Capital and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, and Hogan Lovells served as international legal counsel to the BRLMs. Milestone Gears Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹1,100 crore. The offering comprises a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale by promoter selling shareholders. The book-running lead managers on the transaction are JM Financial, Axis Capital and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors. Milestone Gears is a manufacturer and supplier of transmission components and auto parts, noted for producing high-precision gears and related components. The company employs advanced technologies such as 5-axis CNC gear analyzers and optical measuring systems to ensure accuracy and quality in its products.
