Addleshaw Goddard advised the founders of Strata FSC on an investment from Growth Capital Partners (GCP). The transaction concerns an external investment by GCP into Strata FSC, a specialist financial services consulting firm focused on BlackRock Aladdin implementation and data transformation services for asset managers, asset owners and servicers undertaking complex system and data change programmes. Founded in 2019 and with offices in London, Edinburgh, Singapore and New York, Strata is a global BlackRock Aladdin partner and is positioned to scale as demand for Aladdin expertise and data integration accelerates globally. The partnership with Growth Capital Partners will support Strata’s next phase of growth by enabling continued expansion in the UK and internationally, and by providing further investment in Strata’s talent and partner network.
