Meitav Investment House Ltd., a public company whose shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, raised approximately NIS 518 million (approximately $159 million) in the offering. Gornitzky & Co. represented Jefferies, as sole global coordinator, with a team composed by: Chaim Friedland, Ari Fried, Yair Shiloni, Dr. Assaf Prussak, Ido Malin, Inbar Avrahami, Yehuda Rashtian and Shahar Caufman.
