MAQS Advises TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund and Rabbalshede Kraft on EUR 83 Million Acquisition of Tolpanvaara Wind Farm

MAQS Advokatbyrå acted as lead legal adviser to TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund and Rabbalshede Kraft AB, and Lieke Attorneys acted as local legal advisers to the same clients in connection with the acquisition of the Tolpanvaara wind farm from Enefit Green. TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund has acquired the Tolpanvaara onshore wind farm in Finland for approximately EUR 83 million. The project, situated about 30 kilometres from Pudasjärvi on state-owned land managed by Metsähallitus, has an installed capacity of 76 MW and a grid export capacity of 72 MW. It comprises 13 modern Nordex turbines and is capable of generating nearly 250 GWh of renewable electricity annually. Rabbalshede Kraft AB will manage Tolpanvaara on behalf of TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund. Peter Wesslau, CEO of Rabbalshede Kraft, said the acquisition complements the group’s Nordic portfolio and strengthens its long-term presence in Finland, and that the company looks forward to developing the projects in close dialogue with local communities, partners and landowners.
