Bird & Bird advises sellers on Arlane's majority acquisition of Dessintey

"Bird & Bird advised the sellers (including Dessintey founders and Relyens Innovation Santé) and Volt Associés advised Arlane on Arlane's acquisition of a majority stake in Dessintey. Dessintey, founded in 2017, designs and distributes neuromotor rehabilitation devices, employs 17 staff, has equipped over 150 centres worldwide and targets €10m revenue in 2025 while pursuing organic and external growth."

Bird & Bird advised the sellers, including the founders and Relyens Innovation Santé, while Volt Associés advised Arlane in connection with Arlane's acquisition of a majority stake in Dessintey. The transaction concerns Arlane taking a majority shareholding in Dessintey, a company that designs, assembles and distributes neuromotor rehabilitation devices and intelligent rehabilitation pathways for patients with neurological disorders such as stroke and traumatic brain injury. Dessintey markets its own devices and third‑party products for several European manufacturers and provides maintenance services. Founded in 2017 and employing 17 people, Dessintey has equipped more than 150 centres in France and across Europe (including Spain, Germany, Belgium, Italy and the Nordic countries), as well as in Asia and the United States. Having established itself as a reference player in motor and cognitive rehabilitation, the group has experienced strong growth and forecasts revenue of €10 million in 2025. Going forward, Dessintey intends to accelerate organic growth in France and internationally, broaden its product range, strengthen its foreign distribution network and is exploring potential external growth opportunities to support expansion.
