The transaction concerns the signing of an agreement under which Catella Group has sold its French expert services subsidiary, Catella Valuation, to international real estate advisory firm Newmark Group Inc. The disposal was completed with immediate effect. White & Case is a regular adviser to Catella and has accompanied the group on multiple operations.
