Tegos Advises INVL Bridge Finance Fund on Exit from SIA Finto Capital

"Tegos advised INVL Bridge Finance Fund on its exit from SIA Finto Capital following the early redemption of nearly EUR 5 million in bonds. A German investment fund will support Finto Capital’s next growth phase and finance its planned European expansion. INVL’s three-year bridge financing helped triple Finto’s loan portfolio and produced annual investor returns above 15%."

Tegos advised INVL Bridge Finance Fund on its exit from SIA Finto Capital. The transaction follows the early redemption of nearly EUR 5 million in bonds, after which a German investment fund specialising in alternative lending portfolios stepped in to support Finto Capital’s next growth phase. The new investor will finance Finto Capital’s planned expansion across Europe. INVL Bridge Finance Fund had provided bridge financing to Finto Capital over the past three years. That financing enabled Finto Capital to triple its loan portfolio and strengthen its position in Latvia’s consumer car‑leasing market, generating annual returns of more than 15% for investors.
