The transaction covers the entire Johnny Servis group, a provider of mobile sanitation units, fencing, containers and related equipment for rent and sale across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria. Founded in 1996 as a family-owned business, Johnny Servis operates a fleet of more than 10,000 units and employs approximately 140 people. Enygea Group, founded in 2007, focuses on hygiene services for construction and events.
