Stocche Forbes acted as deal counsel to Embraport (Empresa Brasileira de Terminais Portuários) in connection with the public offering of debentures, with in-house legal teams for Embraport and for Itaú BBA also participating in the transaction. The transaction comprised the public offering of Embraport's first issuance of debentures, in a total amount of BRL 2,115,400,000.00. The issuance was directed to professional investors and conducted pursuant to CVM Instruction 160. Embraport is part of the DP World group.
