BVA – Barreto Veiga Advogados advised The LED, and Veirano Advogados represented Kinea Investimentos, in a transaction in which The LED completed a BRL150 million capital raise. The LED, one of Brazil’s leading companies in digital panel solutions, completed a BRL150 million capital raise executed through Kinea Private Equity V Master FIP Multiestratégia, a fund managed by Kinea Investimentos. The investment represents the most significant ever made in Brazil’s LED panels and in-store media sectors. Galapagos Capital acted as The LED’s exclusive financial advisor for the transaction.
