PwC Portugal advised IVC Evidensia on its acquisition of Hospital Veterinário da Arrábida. The transaction concerns the purchase of Hospital Veterinário da Arrábida, an operator with centres in Azeitão, Lisbon and Porto. The acquisition marks a milestone in IVC Evidensia’s expansion plan in Portugal, a process in which PwC Portugal has been actively involved. As part of the deal, PwC Portugal’s multidisciplinary team conducted financial, legal and labour due diligence and assisted IVC Evidensia in preparing and negotiating all legal documentation required to complete the transaction.
