Lenz & Staehelin Advises MSF Partners on Sale to Allurity

"Lenz & Staehelin advised Swiss cybersecurity firm Monti Stampa Furrer & Partners (MSF Partners) and its shareholders on the company’s sale to Stockholm-based Allurity, another cybersecurity provider. The deal transfers MSF Partners’ capabilities in protecting critical industrial and infrastructure assets to Allurity."

Lenz & Staehelin advised Swiss cybersecurity firm Monti Stampa Furrer & Partners (MSF Partners) and its shareholders in connection with the company’s sale to Stockholm-based Allurity. The transaction involved the acquisition of MSF Partners by Allurity, a Stockholm-based company active in the cybersecurity sector. The deal brings MSF Partners into Allurity’s group, combining capabilities in the protection of critical infrastructure and business assets. MSF Partners is headquartered in Zurich and specialises in safeguarding critical business assets and infrastructure, including manufacturing plants, hydro dams, energy generation and mining facilities. The firm places particular emphasis on industries where security failures could produce sustained business and societal impact. Lenz & Staehelin represented MSF Partners and its shareholders with a team composed by: Andreas Rötheli (Head of Corporate and M&A) who led the matter, together with Xavier Grivel and Noé Luisoni (both Corporate and M&A), Floran Ponce and Florence Hediger (both Tax), and Anja Affolter Marino and Helin Dalla Palma (both Employment).
