Lenz & Staehelin advised Vodafone Group in connection with the transaction. Vodafone Group, the telecommunications multinational, has agreed to acquire German digital transformation and security specialist Skaylink Group, primarily from funds managed by private equity firm Waterland. The parties expect the transaction to close at the end of March 2026, subject to the receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals.
