BIP Law & Tax advised Draycott, while Valcarenghi-Donida, Pavia e Ansaldo and Studio Agriter assisted Società Agricola Eredi Merigo Angelo in the transaction. Draycott, an investment platform focused on biomethane, completed the purchase of 100% of the shares of Società Agricola Bioenergia Capralba, the company that owns a biogas plant fuelled by organic biomass. The transaction transfers ownership of the operating plant to Draycott through acquisition of the target company.
