A&A – Albè & Associati advised the Congregazione delle Suore Infermiere dell’Addolorata, the entity managing Ospedale Valduce in Como and Presidio Villa Beretta in Costa Masnaga, in the negotiation and conclusion of a company-level collective agreement with ANMIRS (Associazione Sindacale Medici Istituti Religiosi Ospedalieri). The agreement, drafted as an integrative instrument to the national CCNL, establishes the economic terms for on-call allowances for employed physicians. Negotiations were conducted over an extended period by the Congregation’s director of personnel, Sergio Luculli, and ANMIRS national secretary Donato Menichella, the latter assisted by lawyer Filippo Jacopo Silvestri. The talks concluded positively, in light of the Congregation’s prior decision to apply the national CCNL in full and thereby remove the suspension condition that had affected implementation.
