Dentons Advises PureLabs in Acquisition of Ricerca Diagnostica Network

Dentons represented PureLabs, while Studio Pellegrino di Torino represented the seller in the transaction. PureLabs, an aggregation platform in the outpatient health services sector, acquired the entire share capital of Ricerca Diagnostica. Ricerca Diagnostica is an established operator with more than 40 years of history and two operational locations in Milan and Cusano Milanino. The acquisition has been described as a highly strategic step for PureLabs, given Ricerca Diagnostica’s presence in a key region for the development of the PureLabs platform. Dentons represented PureLabs with a team composed by: partner Antonio Legrottaglie (team lead); associates Paolo Piscopo and Francesco Simonetti, assisting on contractual and corporate matters; partner Ilaria Gobbato, with trainee Lavinia Vindigni, handling healthcare law matters; partner Luca de Menech, with associate Martino Ruggiero, advising on employment law matters; and partner Roberta Moscaroli, with trainee Alessandro Sicilia, advising on tax issues.
