Chequers Capital acquires ConformGest with advisors for all parties

Chequers Capital has acquired 100% of ConformGest, an Italian provider of after-sales services for used vehicles, from Vam Investments and the Pinzano family. The Pinzano family has reinvested in the company, confirming its commitment to the group's future growth and aligning with the common objective of strengthening ConformGest's position in the pan-European market.
