60 Million Euro Financing for Acque Veronesi with BonelliErede and CRCCD as Legal Advisors

BonelliErede and CRCCD acted as legal advisors in a €60 million financing transaction: BonelliErede assisted the lending banks (Crédit Agricole Italia, ICCREA Banca and BCC Veneta), while CRCCD assisted borrower Acque Veronesi. The transaction comprises a corporate financing of €60 million designed to support Acque Veronesi's 2024–2029 Investment Plan of €390.5 million, which aims to reduce water losses, improve water quality and upgrade sewer systems. The financing was structured through the execution, at the Province of Verona, of two separate loan agreements of €30 million each. One facility was provided by Crédit Agricole Italia and is supported by a SACE guarantee and funds made available by the European Investment Bank; the other facility was arranged with ICCREA Banca in partnership with BCC Veneta.
