Elvinger Hoss Prussen Advises IMDEX Limited on Acquisition of Advanced Logic Technology and Mount Sopris Instrument Company

Elvinger Hoss Prussen represented IMDEX Limited in connection with its proposed acquisition of Advanced Logic Technology (ALT) and its subsidiary Mount Sopris Instrument Company, Inc. (MSI). The transaction concerns the acquisition of ALT, a Luxembourg-based global leader in high-performance downhole rock property sensor systems and geoscience data processing software, anchored by the industry-standard WellCAD software package. ALT currently holds a majority stake in MSI, a US-based developer of downhole rock property sensors, deployment and telemetry systems. As part of the transaction, IMDEX will acquire, through ALT, the remaining shares of MSI from the current MSI minority shareholders. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
